As a Director in the Software and Product Innovation team, you will provide strategic leadership in developing innovative insurance data models that align with client goals. This role allows you to drive business growth, mentor emerging leaders, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and quality. Engage with global teams, integrate advanced technologies, and influence the future of insurance advisory solutions.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, equivalent specialized training and / or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college may be considered.
What Sets You Apart :
Preferred Master's Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Data Science / Analytics.
Desirable certifications : Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified SAFe Agilist.
Experience leading large teams with a strong focus on talent development.
Proven success in client-facing roles that require strategic thinking.
Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
Experience in developing and executing impactful business development initiatives.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $155,000 - $410,000, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible individuals will also receive an annual discretionary bonus and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and more.
This position may have travel requirements up to 60%.
