[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD / CAM software and manufacturing process design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and statistical process control (SPC). Solid understanding of various manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixture design. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification Experience with automation and robotics integration Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, SQL) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish or Mandarin

Salary Range : $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Design, procure, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring manufacturability.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and reduce costs.
