IT Technician

OBJECTIVE :

Responsible for providing advanced technical support and management of Microsoft-based desktop and server environments, network infrastructure, disaster recovery systems, and cybersecurity initiatives. Oversee cybersecurity and compliance programs to safeguard organizational data, meet regulatory requirements, and mitigate risk. This role ensures stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure and supports all users across the organization. Ensure alignment with business objectives and cost-efficiency through proactive planning and lifecycle management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage IT network architecture, server environments, endpoint devices, and cloud services.
• Manage disaster recovery IT elements as part of the overall company DR plan.
• Manage Cybersecurity initiatives and capabilities including user authorization and access, threat detection and mitigation, email phishing campaigns, and penetration testing.
• Manage installation, user access, and licensing of software for individual workstations and servers.
• Communicate effectively with team members, Customers, and vendors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
