Complex Commercial Litigation Associate (Government Contracts) - Vinson and Elkins (Washington, D.C.)

Vinson & Elkins (V&E) is seeking one or more skilled and highly motivated associates to join its nationally recognized Government Contracts practice group based in Washington, D.C. V&E's team supports clients in a wide range of issues related to federal procurement, including bid protests, claims and disputes, False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation, compliance matters, grants, cybersecurity, and due diligence in M&A transactions. The successful candidate(s) will have a demonstrated interest in government contracts and, for a junior level position, at least 2 years of government contracts-related experience or, for a mid-level position, at least 5 years of such experience, preferably in a law firm or a federal agency. Law school coursework related to government contracts is preferred but not required. Excellent writing skills and a strong academic background are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
