Job Summary : The Applications Support Coordinator provides critical administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the Applications and Installations teams. This role works with limited supervision and plays a key part in keeping engineering schedules, tooling logistics, training coordination, and internal communications running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced manufacturing and customer-facing environment.
Day-to-Day :
- Request standard tooling quotes from vendors, prepare requisition forms, update shared folders, and track tool orders and deliveries, including expedited shipments
- Assist with maintaining the Applications Engineering schedule and distribute updates weekly across the organization
- Create and maintain content for the Applications Engineering visual management screen, highlighting key priorities and upcoming activities
- Prepare engineering workbooks for proposal and project kick-off meetings
- Schedule, attend, and document engineering kick-off and closing meetings; distribute meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items
- Coordinate with Applications leadership and training teams to support customer training offerings, including notifications, quotations, and sales orders for virtual and on-site training
- Collect and organize data related to PMA, labor codes, and performance metrics; create charts and visuals to track Applications Engineering KPIs
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Applications Manager as needed
- Retrieve and organize tooling for traveling engineers; maintain storage areas, project carts, and inventory organization
- Coordinate with installation leads to ensure proper tooling is available for field installations and manage shipment and return of travel boxes and fixtures
- Maintain and update the Applications and Installations intranet site with current and accurate information
Required Qualifications & Experience :
High school diploma required; additional education or training a plusMinimum of two years of related administrative, coordination, or support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environment where customer service was critical to operationsSAP experience preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
