Responsibilities

Develop and execute an annual donor communications plan aligned with institutional priorities and campaign strategy

Lead targeted communications for distinct audiences, including : Small and mid-level donors (

Serve as the primary point person for drafting and / or reviewing :

• Donor emails and appeals
• Proposals and stewardship reports
• Invitations and event collateral
• Letters and talking points for the President
• Social media posts targeted to donors
• The donor pages on the UATX website

Ensure messaging is appropriately tailored by audience while remaining institutionally consistent
