We're looking for an incredible Chief of Staff to help us run sharper, move faster, and scale the way we work. You'll partner across the company, bring focus to the most important problems, and create leverage for the team.

Responsibilities

• Run internal operations end to end, including hiring pipelines, finance coordination, office management, and offsite and event planning.
• Talk with users and turn insights into features by partnering with product, design, engineering, and marketing.
• Work with counsel on contracts, privacy, and approvals.
• Run the feedback loop across the team, align priorities each week, and ensure follow-through.
• Lead special projects from idea to launch.
• Manage vendors and partners, negotiate and track deliverables, and hold a high bar for quality.
• Craft crisp communications for internal and external audiences, including docs, updates, and briefings.
