Position : Solution Architect (React / Node)

We are seeking a Solution Architect for our cardio platform project, which enhances heart signal data from medical devices and offers doctors an intuitive way to process cardio health data. Key features include infinite charts (cardio graphs), processing large files, rendering data in real time, and detecting events on the charts.

Responsibilities

  • Development and ownership of product architecture.
  • Close work and supervision of the development team.
  • Hands?on development activities for key product features.

    • Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role with a strong background in JavaScript.
  • Hands?on experience with Node.js (must?have).
  • Experience with a modern frontend framework (React or Angular).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, including cloud?native designs, scalability, and high availability.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; GCP or Azure is a plus).
  • Familiarity with event?driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, SQS / SNS).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present architectural solutions clearly to both technical and non?technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DevOps practices (IaC, CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
  • Ability to estimate cloud infrastructure and development efforts; experience with cost optimization is a plus.
  • Leadership mindset : mentoring, code reviews, and architectural decision?making.
  • Continuous learning attitude and curiosity for emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in English, capable of translating technical concepts to non?technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across distributed teams and within multicultural environments.
  • Proactive, ambitious problem solver with a strong focus on high?level results.

    • Team Structure

    You can be part of a 23 Scrum teams. Each Scrum team consists of a PM, BA, 2 Developers, 1 QA, and 1 DevOps.
