Payment Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Payment Processing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile lockbox deposits with bank reports in the Cash Clearing System

Process live checks and document cash payments for posting

Maintain policies and procedures while reporting discrepancies to supervisors

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

One year of medical billing experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

40-45 WPM typing speed; accurate 10-key entry by touch

Previous knowledge of third-party payer reimbursement preferred
