STS Technical Services is hiring Office Clerks in Aurora, Colorado to support daily administrative operations. In this role, you’ll handle essential office functions, maintain organized records, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, and address complaints

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages

Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other documentation

Compute, record, and proofread data and reports for accuracy

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Skilled in organizing and maintaining confidential information

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

High school diploma or GED required

10+ years of administrative or customer service-related experience preferred
