This is an excellent short-term locum assignment with strong support staff, fully equipped operatories, and a predictable, manageable patient flow. Ideal for a dentist who enjoys bread-and-butter procedures and can step into an established, well-organized clinic. Practice Highlights Team Environment : 2 Dentists + 2 Hygienists onsite Fully Equipped Facility : 7 operatories, each with its own X-ray unit Support Staff : 1.5 Assistants per provider; practice typically staffs 2 Assistants per dentist Technology : Dentrix, Enterprise, digital imaging in every room Patient Demographics : Ages 10+, majority 15+ Payor Mix : 100% Fee-for-Service – no Medicaid or Medicare Schedule & Expectations Clinic Hours : Monday – Thursday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Daily Patient Volume : 8–10 patients Production Goal : $4,000+ per day Procedures : Bread-and-butter general dentistry Restorative Simple extractions Root canals a plus (not required) Ideal Candidate Reliable, efficient clinician comfortable working in a structured, FFS environment Able to step into an established workflow with minimal ramp-up Confident providing general family dentistry with the ability to increase production while maintaining quality care Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $200,000 - $500,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : No
