The Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager - Professional Services will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for the Professional Services category within indirect Strategic Sourcing Organization. This role is responsible for identifying value-creating opportunities, managing sourcing events, and driving cost, quality, and service excellence across a global portfolio of suppliers. Professional Services Category is inclusive of IT Services, Data and Outsourcing, HR, Consulting, Finance and Legal Services.

This is a high impact opportunity to play a key role in a business preparing for a strategic transformation. Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager – Professional Services role will report to the Director of Indirect Strategic Sourcing.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Position Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

• Lead global sourcing initiatives for Professional Services categories (IT Services, Data and Outsourcing, HR, Consulting, Finance and Legal Services)
• Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost reduction and service improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute category strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business needs.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $138,400.00 - $207,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
