Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional materials and deliver training through various channels
Collaborate with stakeholders to influence change management and coordinate project rollouts
Lead the design and delivery of learning products, including needs analysis and evaluation follow-up
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of training experience in healthcare or insurance industry
2+ years of experience leading and managing projects
1+ year of formal training experience in content design and development
Demonstrated understanding of instructional design and adult learning concepts
Experience with a Learning Management System is required
