Personal Injury Legal Case Manager

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage case load
• Lead and manage Legal Assistants task and metrics
• Negotiate settlements by successful reduction requests with medical providers and insurance carriers, while maintaining constant communication with Attorney
• Draft demands
• Maintain bi-weekly communication with client to obtain treatment updates and relevant case information and update in system
• Obtain updated subrogation logs
• Conduct daily / weekly / monthly case audits
• Manage Statue of Limitation Cases by keeping Attorney aware of required timeframe and deadlines
• Qualifications :
• 2+ years of personal injury case management experience with a full year of working negotiations on settlements
• Demand drafting knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Excellent communicator
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work 40 hours in-office
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred by not required
