DAS Field Manager

Communication Technology Services (CTS ) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G / 5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise. We are seeking a DAS Field Manager that will support Colorado and the Mountain Region (UT, WY, MT, NE, SD, ND). Flexible to travel to project sites daily in and around Greater Denver is required. Regional Travel may also be required as needed.

Technical Skills / Knowledge :

• Experience installing & managing Distributed Antenna System installations
• Ability to PIM & Sweep test.
• Previous Site Survey experience.
• Ability to read blue prints and Visio & iBwave drawings
• Thorough understanding of OTDR, Spectrum Analyzer (Anritsu), Signal Generator and similar test equipment.
• Basic understanding of RF Theory & RF Math

Abilities or Requirements

The DAS Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of installation work at customer locations / job sites to ensure that the field crews and or technicians complete the assigned tasks, safely and to CTS standards of quality and professionalism. This would include managing any and all subcontractors / vendors who must also meet or exceed CTS standards for safety and quality. A Field Manager should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills as well as a professional demeanor, who strives to be the industry leader in his or her daily actions. A Field Manager should be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects depending on size, location and schedule offset.

Responsibilities :

Wage $26- 32 per hour depending on experience
