Advanced IT Concepts, LLC is seeking a highly skilled technician for a fixed-term (or temporary) assignment to provide crucial technical support to multiple aviation devices under the Warfighter Training & Readiness Solutions (WTRS) Contract at Fort Campbell, KY. The Simulator Technician Maintenance II position will perform all functions required to maintain and repair electronic equipment for UH-60M Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT), CH-47F Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulator (TFPS), AH-64D Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT), Universal Mission Simulator (UMS).

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Simulator Technician Maintenance II position provides technical support to multiple devices under the Warfighter Training & Readiness Solutions (WTRS) Contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• The Simulator Technician Maintenance II position will perform all functions required to maintain and repair electronic equipment for UH-60M Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT), CH-47F Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulator (TFPS), AH-64D Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT), Universal Mission Simulator (UMS).
• Utilize spare / repair parts to address faults and perform preventative maintenance in accordance with technical guidelines.
• Research and select necessary repair parts.
• Enter work order data accurately and timely into the online management information system.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve routine electrical, mechanical, and computer issues by interpreting manufacturers' manuals and schematic drawings.
• Perform inventory of spare / repair parts in accordance with contractual guidelines.
• Supervise, provide direction / guidance, and check lower-level technicians’ work.
• Ensure all paperwork and reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide technical support and training to system operators.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS Locations
