A company is looking for a SQA Test Engineer, Manager to lead quality assurance efforts and improve production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Software Quality Assurance team, ensuring adherence to QA processes
Develop metrics and provide an executive dashboard for project and release quality assurance
Oversee the creation of test plans and scripts, and manage automation initiatives to enhance QA practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
8+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
5+ years of experience with QA methodologies in both waterfall and agile environments
3+ years of management experience in a complex organization
3+ years of experience with test automation, preferably using Selenium
