Battery Program Coordinator

A company is looking for a Dispatch and Battery Program Coordinator (1st Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Proactively communicate with members regarding battery options and pricing before roadside service calls

Manage incoming calls to the battery help desk and verify member eligibility for battery services

Document call statuses and manage online battery appointments while ensuring exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in a customer contact role

1+ years of experience in a fast-paced dispatch environment

Ability to explain battery programs and assist in closing sales

Must maintain a stable, secure internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
