Position Summary:

Your duties will include:

• continued product knowledge development in all tech-based hobbyist categories we carry
• Deliver exceptional customer service to other like-minded beginners, experts and specialists that are our GigaFans
• Answer product specific questions, engage in the buying process, inventory inquiries and more!
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• conduct online chats and respond to customer emails
• Maintain inbound and outbound ETAs for product arrival and delivery
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Weekly Day Range: Monday to Saturday
