We are seeking a motivated and innovative technical leader to fill the role of Deputy Manager - Electronics Development. As the Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Group Supervisor to define the team's vision and effectively manage its resources and execution. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading Projects & Innovation : Act as a principal investigator or project technical lead on advanced electronics and electrical fabrication projects.
• Ensuring Excellence in Delivery : Oversee technical responsibilities, balance workloads, and guarantee adherence to best practices in quality and process management, while addressing sponsor requirements.
• Strategic Planning & Resource Management : Assist in budget forecasting and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution.
• Shaping the Future : Create and uphold a vision and strategy that aligns with departmental priorities, advancing capabilities through science and technology projects that reflect APL's strategic goals.
• Developing & Mentoring Talent : Recruit, mentor, and retain a skilled technical team, establish clear performance expectations, support career development, and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
• Fostering Collaboration & Culture : Build and maintain strong relationships across APL and with partners, promoting a workplace culture of innovation, excellence, collaboration, and respect.

Compensation :

Minimum Rate : $105,000 Annually

Maximum Rate : $290,000 Annually
