Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Book and conduct virtual consultations
- Educate members on available benefits and coverage options
- Assist with enrollment, documentation, and service follow-ups
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all interactions
- Engage in continuous development and team collaboration
