Job Description :

• We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design configure and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role combines hands-on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across ITSM HR and other business domains. Key Responsibilities
• Design develop and configure AI-powered chatbots and digital assistants using Moveworks.
• Integrate with enterprise SaaS systems such as ServiceNow Workday Salesforce and other business applications.
• Develop and optimize APIs (REST / JSON) for system connectivity data aggregation and workflow automation.
• Configure conversation paths plugins and bot skills ensuring accuracy in NLP intent recognition and response flows.
• Implement testing monitoring and analytics to measure bot performance usage patterns and response quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR IT business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Document system configurations and provide technical support to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
