Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM- 3 : 30 PM; plus Overtime

Hourly Pay Rate : $17.50 + DOE

Position Summary

Harland Clarke, a Vericast business, is looking to add a Machine Operator  to their 1st Shift  team! As a Machine Operator , you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance, maintaining quality, and production objectives.  This position is located in High Point, NC.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Decision Making :   Mechanical troubleshooting, production / priority decisions relating to maintenance and quality

Qualifications

Experience / Skills / Abilities Required :

Minimum 0 - 3 years previous machine operating or production experience in a team environment preferred.

Average to above average mechanical ability helpful.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions :  Manufacturing Environment - walking, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, reaching above and below shoulder, lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and up to 70 pounds on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor.
