Establish, document, and improve processes to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable production. Maintain equipment performance to support product quality and production goals. Collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Authorize and implement process or equipment changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Stop any production run that creates unsafe conditions or produces out-of-spec parts. Ensure work instructions, process documentation, and setup sheets are accurate, complete, and accessible. Verify technical data, CAD files, and engineering drawings for manufacturability and compliance with specifications. Participate in product, tooling, and secondary equipment design reviews to ensure manufacturability. Support manufacturing engineers and program managers with day-to-day production needs. Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate re-ordering as needed. High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of hands-on experience with plastic injection molding. Hands-on experience with robotics, automation, and secondary equipment. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, prints, and schematics. Knowledgeable in using CAD software for fixture and process design. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
