Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience with ERP or procurement systems . Familiarity with contract management and supply chain logistics . Certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are a plus.

📅 Duration : 11–12 months contract with potential for extension
We’re seeking a motivated Buyer I to support purchasing and procurement activities for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Buyer I will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and process purchase requisitions and requests.
- Identify and engage with potential suppliers; solicit bids and quotations.
- Evaluate proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Issue and manage purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Track order status and expedite deliveries to meet project timelines.
- Resolve supplier issues related to cost, quality, or delivery.
- Maintain supplier relationships and support performance reviews.
