Job Description

Location : Northern California

Job Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire

Compensation : $120,000–$190,000 annually (includes $10,000 sign-on bonus + profit sharing)

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy team. With 15 established clinics and continued expansion, there’s tremendous opportunity for professional growth—including a current Clinic Lead opening for those ready to advance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • California PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Passion for patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as part of a cohesive team
