BRIEF DESCRIPTION : The Carpenter - Skilled Tradesman is an experienced and trainable laborer skilled in carpentry in multiple areas of residential and commercial rebuilding, with a demonstrated track record in insurance restoration work. Effective communication skills are essential during the reconstruction process. Carpenters reports directly to the Project Manager. Candidates are expected to possess a reliable truck and tools to execute tasks to a high standard. Hourly Pay Range is : $21.00 - $36.00  PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• General carpentry - residential and commercial
• Demolition
• Tile Work
• Hanging cabinets
• Trim carpentry-baseboards
• Door hanging and taping
• Painting
• Light electrical / plumbing
• Rough framing consisting of re-framing homes and setting trusses
• Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication
• Comply with safety, quality & procedural standards
