San Francisco-based plaintiff-side law firm seeking motivated, qualified attorney with no less than three years of experience in civil matters in federal and state court, including discovery, defending / taking depositions, drafting complaints and other pleadings, legal research in class action / mass tort / complex individual cases.

Responsibilities will include :

1. Evaluating new cases, drafting complaints

2. Research any legal facts or issues required for an efficient and effective handling of a case

3. Draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents

4. Handle hearings and depositions

5. Identify, select, and prepare expert witnesses as well as critically deconstruct opposing experts

6. Excellent writing skills

Requirements :

1. Admitted to the California State Bar for no less than 3 years as a practicing attorney

2. In office attendance (with limited remote per month)

3. Travel may be required
