We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Program Therapist!

The Lead Therapist is responsible for role modeling for the therapist in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals, and objectives. This position contributes to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while providing guidance to the Program Therapists. Supervising the provision of clinical services through performance audits and review. Providing clinical supervision of social work staff, inpatient and outpatient services.
