Diagnose and resolve recurring reliability issues such as : USB device connectivity issues (e.g., card readers dropping) Unexpected computer crashes Recommend and implement improvements for system stability and uptime. Establish more robust remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery processes. Provide best-practice guidance for long-term embedded systems reliability. Strong expertise in Linux / embedded systems engineering. Experience troubleshooting hardware / software integration issues (touchscreens, USB devices, peripherals). Background in remote monitoring, recovery solutions, and system reliability engineering. Ability to quickly diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions in a production environment.
