Key Responsibilities
Oversee employee relations processes for effective conflict resolution and problem-solving
Conduct and manage employee grievance issues, ensuring adherence to company policies
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee behavior and performance management
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in the Employee Relations field
Strong understanding of state and federal US laws regarding labor relations
Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations
Experience in alternative dispute resolution and workplace mediation
Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
