Community Program Staff will support events in the areas including East LA, Boyle Heights, Downey, Cudahy, Bell Gardens, Maywood, Huntington Park, Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, South LA, Exposition Park, Jefferson Park, and surrounding areas.

Position Summary
Girl Scout badge program implementation in Greater Los Angeles is a collaborative effort led by the Community Program Staff, who work closely with program partners and industry experts to coordinate engaging and high-quality experiences for members.
Our programs and events feature a wide range of opportunities, including but not limited to :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare all necessary materials to host a program
Apply basic youth development principles in working with participants through communication, relationship development, respect for diversity, involvement, and empowerment of youth.
Responsible for leading a program rotation and assisting with its activities.
