Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to serve as the primary developer and maintainer of our existing web application. This role requires a self-directed professional who can own the complete software development lifecycle while working closely with business stakeholders and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET Core, React applications, and enterprise security implementations.

Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance : Serve as primary developer and maintainer for existing web application built with ASP.NET Core backend and React frontend with Material UI
• Own end-to-end software lifecycle including design updates, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Perform bug fixes, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system stability and availability
• Refactor and modernize legacy code to improve maintainability and performance when feasible
• Infrastructure & DevOps : Manage and maintain deployments on Windows Server using IIS
• Apply security patches, library upgrades, and system updates in a timely manner
• Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
• Implement and maintain Windows Authentication using Claims / Negotiate protocol
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with Business Analyst and user base to review feature requests, triage bugs, and establish development priorities
• Function as co-product owner alongside Business Analyst to evaluate incoming requests and establish realistic timelines
• Interact directly with end users to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and workflows
• Documentation & Communication : Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Provide clear communication on project status, technical challenges, and solutions
