Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards
Process accounts payable and receivable, including grant-related transactions
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
Support budget development, forecasting, and grant reporting
Prepare reports for leadership, auditors, and funding agencies
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and nonprofit regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
New graduates encouraged to apply!
2+ years of accounting experience preferred, ideally within a nonprofit or healthcare setting (not required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
