Employee Engagement Coordinator

Located at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida, this role sits within the SOURCE (formerly known as HR) and plays a pivotal role in driving the employee engagement that has earned Power Design Top Workplaces awards for 13 years running.
Position details / responsibilities
- Assist the team in the administration and execution of our company's employee recognition programs
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating initiatives, including but not limited to : team celebrations and outings, employee appreciation events, recognition ceremonies, and project-based rewards programs
- Help collect and analyze employee feedback to support continuous program improvement
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, creating a seamless and supportive experience as they interact with our corporate recognition programs
- Work with internal Events Experience team to travel to and provide volunteer support at company events nationwide as-needed
- Collaborate on new ideas, processes, or solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, or customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed, including research, documentation, reporting, and presentations
Here's what we're looking for
1-2 years of relevant work experience supporting employee recognition and engagement programs, events, or marketing is requiredBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) is requiredExperience with the Asana project management platform is a plusExperience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is a plusCreative problem solver who likes the think outside of the boxExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismDemonstrate and uphold all of Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growthBenefits and perks
