As a Quality Review Analyst within PNCs CLLO QRA organization you will be based in Cleveland OH Dallas TX or Pittsburgh PA.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at managers discretion.

Quality Review Analyst will be responsible for processing in ACBS in class or portal reviewing maintenance of loans finding reworks or trends working well with Quality Review team collaboration with team members detecting errors data review and documentation accuracy amongst other duties.

Prefers if employee can work the 9 : 30AM to 6 : 30PM shift.

Job Description

• Utilizing standard procedures conducts quality review and analysis of the work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area. Identifies systemic issues and facilitates correction.
• Reviews complex transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete the transaction and / or work process.
• Identifies systemic issues and facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Works with staff to develop and improve incoming quality.
• Provides recommendations for issues and / or continuous improvement projects.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $37000.00 $72450.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and / or individual performance.
