Subject Matter Expert in Biophilic Design

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Biophilic Design, Neuroscience-informed Design, or Environmental Biopsychology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new online courses in Embodied Cognition and Intersensory Design, as well as Biophilic Patterns

Collaborate with the program director and learning experience designer to create curricula

Incorporate applied projects that span the subject matter of the courses

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in a relevant field such as Behavioral or Cognitive Neuroscience or Environmental Psychology

Specific expertise in applying neuroscience or biopsychology to environmental or design contexts

Familiarity with online teaching and curricular design in psychology or interdisciplinary environmental studies

Willingness to utilize generative AI tools to enhance learning

Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the organization
