Construction Superintendent- Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up hotel construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated success managing complex hospitality builds, maintaining strict safety and quality standards, and consistently delivering projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires a disciplined field leader with exceptional communication skills and deep expertise in hotel construction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct all daily field operations for ground-up hotel construction projects.
• Coordinate inspections and interface with city, county, and regulatory officials throughout all phases of construction.
• Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to ensure full compliance.
• Lead and mentor field teams including Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify issues early, resolve field challenges, and keep the project moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation including job logs, daily reports, and project correspondence.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules; determine sequencing and logistics plans.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Provide consistent project updates to Project Managers including milestones, risks, coordination items, and schedule impacts.
• Ensure overall project success through disciplined oversight of safety, budget, quality, staffing, and timelines.
