Key Responsibilities

Lead reimbursement strategy and execution across California and emerging EPR states

Oversee the lifecycle of reimbursement applications, ensuring eligibility and compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program planning and development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field

8+ years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or financial program management

Experience with EPR programs strongly preferred

Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and business case development skills
