About the Role

We are excited to invite a Digital Design Support Specialist to our technology team. This role is essential in supporting our civil engineering staff with Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads Designer. You will focus on ensuring these applications are installed, configured, and functioning reliably, providing vital support like troubleshooting software issues, assisting with employee onboarding, and working closely with IT to resolve problems. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a knack for technical systems, and a desire to help others succeed, this position is for you!

You Will :

• Provide daily support to engineering and design teams using Autodesk and Bentley design software.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize CAD software components like user profiles and templates.
• Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring successful installation and functionality of required CAD tools.
• Troubleshoot software issues such as application errors and performance problems, escalating complex cases as necessary.
• Collaborate with IT and CAD Services to implement software updates and validate workstation setups.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to enhance internal support knowledge and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with staff to provide updates and confirm issue resolutions.

You Have :

Compensation Information : The base salary for this role ranges from $31.25 to $43.50 per hour, dependent on various factors such as education, experience, and location. We value transparency in our compensation structure, encouraging employee ownership through performance-based bonuses and annual salary reviews.
