About the Role
In this position, you’ll help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the quality expectations Kadon is known for. You’ll work with precision measurement tools, review parts for accuracy, and support our manufacturing team as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that works well together.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer and company requirements.
- Use a range of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators.
- Perform visual checks to catch defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications.
- Carefully read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Document inspection results and non-conformities with accuracy and clarity.
- Work closely with a strong, supportive manufacturing and quality team to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to ongoing development of quality procedures and inspection techniques as the company grows.
- Stay informed on industry standards and best practices.
