Job Description
Lead and evolve the credit reporting and analytics function, fraud insights, data-driven risk decisioning, and not ownership of credit underwriting strategyPartnering closely with business, risk, and technology teams.Turn complex credit and fraud data into insights that influence real business decisions.Balance strategic leadership with hands-on analytical work in a collaborative, data-driven environment.Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop an established team of credit and analytics professionalsDrive credit reporting and analytics strategy across consumer and small business productsBuild and refine reporting frameworks that support risk, fraud, and portfolio managementSupport analytics related to fraud detection, portfolio monitoring, and payment behaviorPartner with stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, and usabilityContribute to advanced analytics initiatives, including modeling, machine learning, and AI-enabled automationQualifications and Requirements
Prior experience leading and developing an analytics or credit teamStrong background in credit analytics, reporting, or risk-focused analyticsHands-on experience working with large datasets and advanced analytical techniquesProficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, or similar analytics platformsExposure to fraud analytics, portfolio analytics, or credit reporting strongly preferredAbility to communicate complex data to non-technical audiencesBachelors degree required; advanced degree preferredBenefits and Perks
