Join the Lexus of Cool Springs Team

Lexus of Cool Springs is excited to welcome a new team member. We are seeking a full-time Lot Attendant / Porter who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact. This role is essential in keeping our dealership running smoothly and ensuring our vehicles look their absolute best for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the lot organized by parking and moving vehicles with precision
  • Inspect new arrivals for any damage, defects, or unusual odors
  • Record and report any issues on delivery receipts
  • Fuel vehicles and transport them between the dealership and off-site lots
  • Verify serial numbers against delivery invoices
  • Catalog and store keys securely
  • Assist with vehicle clean-up and preparation for customer delivery
  • Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming dealership environment
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality with strong customer service skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions
  • Physically able to bend, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug test
