Position Summary :

The Quality Control Process Engineer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving production quality processes to ensure products consistently meet Greenworks' high standards and customer requirements. This role drives root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a deep understanding of quality control tools and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Quality Monitoring and Execution

• Oversee and execute quality control processes throughout daily factory production.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and comply with applicable quality standards (e.g., ISO / TS 16949).
• Monitor, track, and manage non-conformances during production, including issues related to safety, measurement deviations, and process quality.
• Drive rapid containment and closed-loop corrective actions to minimize defect rates and prevent recurrence.
