About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Flight Nurses to join a high-performing air medical transport team in Modesto, CA. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced patient care during air and ground transports, ensuring safety, efficiency, and positive outcomes. With state-of-the-art equipment and rigorous protocols, this is your chance to contribute meaningfully to emergency medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during transport.
• Document accurate and detailed information on patient care and transport activities.
• Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in public relations and outreach activities to support the mission.
• Enhance expertise through mandatory meetings, training, and clinical rotations.
• Maintain certifications and comply with all regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Active RN License: Valid in the state of employment.
• Critical Care Experience: Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in emergency or critical care settings.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials: CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements: Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Instructor certifications and prior flight or transport experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $97,452–$139,208 annually ($28.73–$41.01 per hour).
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $35,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
