A company is looking for an RVP, Health Plan Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of health plan, PBM, and TPA clients in the region
Independently manage deals from initial conversation to close, including contract negotiation
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate forecasting and meaningful revenue generation from closed deals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in enterprise sales with a track record of closing large, complex deals
Solid understanding of US health insurers and the healthcare ecosystem
Established network of health plan contacts
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
