FORTH Hotel’s Housekeepers play an integral part in ensuring that our hotel guests receive exceptional service and are welcomed into impeccably polished spaces. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a luxury hotel / resort setting. Candidates must have excellent communications skills & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

• Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in hotel suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding FORTH’s quality standards.
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning and redistributing the hotel supplies and laundry.
• Cleans and sanitizes all assigned rooms and bathrooms.
• Cleans assigned rooms within shift time requirements, passing all inspections.
• Adheres to established cleaning schedules and methods to extend life of hotel furnishings and professional appearance of hotel.
• Demonstrates working knowledge and team effort in accomplishing additional projects as assigned.
• Performs all duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators and restrooms
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and common areas
• Restock housekeeping carts with supplies as needed
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquires with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Ensures that FORTH’s guests receive professional & gracious service at all times
• Keep workstations organized and clean
