A company is looking for a Success Engineer to bridge the gap between higher education customers and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting as the first line of escalation for customer issues
Guide customers through fixes and optimize product usage while conducting SQL-based data checks
Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to document and translate customer needs into actionable feedback
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in technical support, IT, customer success, or software engineering
Strong understanding of APIs and data formats (JSON, CSV) and SQL for data querying
Ability to read and interpret logs and error messages; familiarity with Python / JavaScript is a plus
Empathetic and solutions-focused approach when working with customers
Experience in a technical customer success or advanced support role is preferred
