[job_card.job_description]Conduct a program of care with total responsibility for examination, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. Seek outside advice & consultation as necessary or for confirmation of diagnosis & treatment. Participate in regular medical conferences as scheduled. Make a diagnosis & prescribe treatment as indicated. Maintain minimum standards of care and for the supervision & education of all other providers in regard to direct patient care. Medical, Dental and Vision coverage effective on the first day of employment. Ability to enroll in retirement plan, also with employer match options. Qualify for the National Health Loan Forgiveness Repayment program. Continuing Medical Education funds. Flexible shifts available. Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine. For physicians : must have completed full residency training as required by the specialty. Must possess MCSN and DEA numbers to dispense restricted medications. History of good attendance and positive work attitude.
