Key Responsibilities
Utilize sales skills to recommend products during customer calls
Assist customers and store associates with inquiries and order-related issues
Resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction and data accuracy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
Must pass a background check
Regular and reliable attendance is required
